Welcome to selfhealingcare.com, a website which contains information on my teaching, coaching in self-care, wellness and interactions with healthcare. After 45 years of practicing medicine, I recently retired my medical license in Virginia and moved to Florida. In my new role of a teacher, coach and patients’ advocate I don’t provide medical care. In order to work with me I require that you are being cared by a licensed medical provider. I would gladly be a member of your healing team and as such interact with other caregivers on your team. This also mean that if you have a medical or psychological emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest Emergency Room.
