Office Policies
Please note that in my current practice:
- I don’t provide medical care, form which I have recently retired. I expect that you are currently under the care of a licensed medical practitioner whom you contact in case of urgent medical care, and/or in case of a medical or psychological emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest ER
- I teach/ coach you in self-healing care which includes exploring the root causes of your disease and then using multiple techniques of alternative healing to accelerate the self-healing process
- I help you to manage your interactions with the healthcare providers, healthcare resources and non-medical healing practitioners
I teach you basic skills in understanding / complying with your medicines and in managing nutritional supplements and diets - I offer direct therapeutic assistance using hypnotherapy or spiritual healing (pastoral medicine)
All potential patients have to take the opportunity of the free 20-minute phone consultation to determine whether we can partner in the self-healing care work.
Once we agree to enter into healing partnership, you will asked to sign for the membership, in Professional Wellness Alliance where I am listed as a practitioner:

This organization offers resources, including legal protection for the practitioners of wellness and holistic health. After you are done working with me you can easily discontinue your membership or keep it and find other practitioners from the PWA.
Below on this page you see a green form – online registration in easy few steps. After you complete the online PWA membership form you receive confirmation in your email and then you can make an appointment.
If you are interested only in the hypnotherapy part of my service, you won’t need to apply for the PWA membership. Just let me know and I will guide you how you can apply just for the hypnotherapy sessions
You make appointments with me using the calendar accessed for the “To Schedule” tab on left column of this website or from “Schedule now” bottom in the middle of the home page. To complete scheduling to need to pay for the visit as the scheduling software will connect you with PayPal.
You will use either credit card or PayPal transfer. You done need to have PayPal account to use PayPal to pay with your credit card.
Upon completion of scheduling and payment you will receive in your email confirmation of the visit. Then in two day before the visit I will send a link to our scheduled appointment using the conference venue Zoom. You don’t need to have Zoom account just click the link I will send to you. Please confirm receiving that link
In case you don’t like Zoom, we may use Skype.
I hope that soon we will able to have sessions in person which will be in my office and also at least once in your home as I would like to be familiar with you healing place.
Right now (the end of 2020) virtual visits (over Zoom) are preferred. I hope that in coming months we can move to in-person visits for the local patients and retain zoom for the long-distance session. I prefer to have at least one visit in patient’s home to allow me to familiarize with patients’ healing environment. I also offer visits to the hospital or other facilities. I charge my visits to home/hospital/facilities at the same fee as office visit + $50 per hour of commuting time. To enhance the desired outcome with the group energy, patients may be invited to participate in the group sessions
Your Investment – Fees
All scheduling and payments are to be done using on this website by clicking on the “appointments” tab and following simple steps.
An initial visit (1.5 hour) requires your investment of $175.00. Upon completion that initial visit we will decide on further cooperation which would require scheduling next three consecutive visits at the same price which in most the cases is sufficient to achieve the immediate goals. At that time, we may decide to transfer to maintenance visit every 1-2-3 months, or to complete our cooperation. As handling financial matters during clinical sessions detracts time and energy from the clinical work, all fees are to be paid prior to visits.
Any cancellation or rescheduling has to made through the (clicking the tab “appointments”) at least 48 hours in advance. In rare, justified circumstances when you can’t access the website you can cancel appointment calling me at (352) 456 1185. Administration fee $50.00 is charged for any cancellations/ changes made in less than 48 hours prior to visit. “No shows” are charged the full fee of the visit.
Late Arrival to Appointments. I have a strict “on time,” policy for my patients and myself as a sign of mutual respect. This means that you don’t need to wait. However, if you arrive late for our session, your appointment will end at the scheduled time and you will
